Terms of Service

By accessing or using MX Probe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

MX Probe provides free web-based tools for email diagnostics, network analysis, and related tasks including but not limited to email header analysis, subnet calculation, DNS lookup, and record validation. These tools are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to analyze systems or networks you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Submit automated requests at a volume that degrades service quality for other users
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Tool results are intended as diagnostic aids only. Always verify critical network and email configurations using authoritative sources before making changes to production systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MX Probe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by MX Probe and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Input data you submit to the tools remains yours. We make no claim to ownership of data you paste into our tools.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

The Service displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or any products or services they promote. Clicking an advertisement may take you to a third-party site governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
